When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our farm.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn apparel with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom floral arrangements and final sale items are non-returnable.
How do I care for my Menagerie Farm apparel?
To preserve the quality of our natural fibers and botanical dyes, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat to dry.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to share our floral-inspired fashion worldwide soon.
Are your products sustainably made?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. We use organic cotton, recycled materials, and eco-friendly packaging to ensure our impact on the earth is as beautiful as our flowers.
